These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.silvermillgroup.com (the “Website”). The Website is operated by Silvermill Natural Beverages (Pvt) Ltd, a company incorporated in Sri Lanka, of 148/1, Kynsey Road, Colombo 08, Sri Lanka. It acts for itself and for the companies of the Silvermill Group (together, “Silvermill”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
The Website is intended for businesses and for individuals aged 18 or over. You must be at least 18 to submit an inquiry or any other information through the Website. If you use the Website on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. In that case, “you” includes that organisation.
The Website provides general information about Silvermill, our businesses, products, certifications and sustainability practices. No products or services are sold, ordered or paid for on the Website.
The Website and its content are owned by Silvermill or its licensors and are protected by the Intellectual Property Act, No. 36 of 2003 of Sri Lanka and international copyright and trademark laws. Content includes text, images, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, product names, brand names, page design and software.
The Silvermill name and logo, and our product and brand names, are trademarks of Silvermill or its affiliates. Other trademarks shown on the Website belong to their owners. Their appearance does not mean they endorse us or that we endorse them.

Fraud warning. Silvermill never asks for payment, bank details or fees through the Website’s contact forms. Official communications come from @silvermillgroup.com email addresses. If you receive a suspicious request using our name, please verify it with us at [email protected] before acting.
The Website may link to, or embed content from, third-party websites and services. These include YouTube, Google Maps, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, certification bodies and industry associations. We provide these for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
You may link to the Website’s home page in a fair and lawful way that does not damage our reputation or suggest any endorsement by Silvermill. We may withdraw this permission at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Website or its content. This includes warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You agree to indemnify Silvermill against any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.
These Terms, and all rights, obligations and actions arising from them or from your use of the Website, are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, as if these Terms were a contract wholly entered into and performed in Sri Lanka.
Any dispute relating in any way to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka, under the Arbitration Act, No. 11 of 1995. The tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents Silvermill from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court, for example to protect its intellectual property. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply where they cannot be excluded.
The Website is operated from Sri Lanka and can be accessed worldwide. We do not claim that its content is appropriate or lawful in every country. If you access it from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with local laws.
